MCU Firmware Update During Installation Instead of System Startup

I came across the commit at 06a4f4d, which implements firmware updates at the start of the mod.

However, wouldn't it be more efficient to handle the firmware update during the installation phase?

Klipper mod is monolithic, a significant portion of it necessitates a complete reinstallation for updates.

Yes, I will also add the MCU update during installation as well. But I wanted a flexible solution where it's possible flash the stock firmware in order to reboot into the stock system and then obviously it must be re-flashed when the mod starts. Not yet sure if I will add an automatism for MCU update when the stock system is booted.

Also still missing is flashing the stock firmware on uninstall of the mod.
