Adding "Frame Rate" option to Xbuf render panel in blender

David as you asked me I opened an issue about this.
"Frame Rate" option is not displayed in the xbuf render panel. So to change I have to switch to "Blender Render" and change frame rate in render panel.
can you add this option to xbuf render panel?
