subs play doesn't do anything

Hi!

I find the whole idea of managing my airsonic instance via terminal quite cool. I don't know what the status of this cli is but I thought I'd give it a go. I can search for songs and subs add them. When I run subs play however nothing happens. Is this not implemented yet?
There was another cli in the airsonic community, airsonic-cli, but it was only briefly developed and is now abandoned. What's the general plan for this if there is any?

I can't reproduce using the default Subsonic instance. Might be worth running the daemon and add commands with -vvv and seeing if there's anything about encodings or metadata in there (which I suspect might be the case because I remember having issues with them).

subs daemon start &
subs add streetwalker
subs play

I don't have any plans for this at the moment. I've moved past my use case for it. If I was to start working on it again, there'd likely be a large rewrite before anything new gets added.
