Add API endpoint guide to Home/Dashboard view

Help demo participants quickly try APIs by adding a “Get Started with API” panel to the Home page.
Include sample URLs (e.g., /api/ShipAgenciesApi, /api/PortCaptaincyApi) and brief usage notes.
