[Feature]: Add a CI build #109

Feature Description
We want to run and validate that the solution still builds on incoming PR's, especially for Dependabot runs. Add a new job to an existing workflow if that makes sense, else add a new workflowk. Do check if we already do this check with existing jobs, not entirely sure. There are failing jobs on PR runs from Dependabot, those might be failing on something else, and if we fix that, this could fix the current request as well?
