Exp Gain issue

I know the latest 1.21.5 editions are Alpha builds but i wasnt sure if you were aware, i installed Nova on its own (no other plugins, no addons for Nova, Nova was the ONLY plugin installed on the latest Paper 1.21.5 experimental build and the exp gain from killing mobs/mining/etc seems to be disabled. I first discovered this issue in another server with other plugins where it not only disabled exp but it disabled money gain from killing mobs (using Vault, Essentials, MoneyFromMobs) so i made a separate server to test Nova alone and there is no exp gain. This did not happen in the latest 1.21.4 buld.
