[Logistics] Moving items in/out of inventories using cables does not update adjacent blocks #548

Expected behavior
When items are inserted into or removed from an inventory, adjacent blocks should be updated, like a hopper does.
This allows blocks like comparators to detect when an inventory has changed its contents.
Observed/Actual behavior
Adjacent blocks to an inventory which has items inserted or removed using cables do not update, making their behaviour inconsistent with actual inventory contents.
Steps to reproduce
- Place two inventories
- Connect these inventories using cables, one with an output and the other with an input configuration
- Place a comparator next to these inventories
- See how the comparators do not update when items are moved, only when the comparator itself is updated
