loading quantitysets/quantites from ifc

i am trying to load ifc files properly into an ifc_viewer based on xeokit.
the problem i am facing:
reading propertysets/properties works like charm.

only quantitysets give me some headache. they will not load.
iam following the xeokit-convert path.
is there something special to take care of?
