Requirements? (CPU, RAM)

I have been unable to find this anywhere. What are recommended count of CPU threads and amount of RAM for this script, please? Your estimate...
low visit site - 200 unique IPs/visitors daily
medium site - 5000 visitors daily
big site - 20 000 visitors daily

PT sites are not like traditional sites where 1 person can seed multiple places, so there may be multiple IPs and most of the requests are from seeding rather than web browsing. In my experience, a site with 5000 users and 2000 torrents for example, a 2 core 4G server is fine, and the number of unique IPs at that point is about 10000.
If you have more users and torrents, you can start with 4 cores and 8G.
