Login locked (on fresh docker install)

Im trying to set local tracker for my family. Everything went well with installation, I had to merge db with artisan and on first try to open website, I get Login Locked error (like on photo)

Im not sure how could my IP be locked when I didn't even try website before and I get same message no matter from what local device i visit it.

You can remove the data from the loginattempts table to lift the restriction. Also, your style seems to have a problem. Open F12 to see if there are any errors.
