No valid installation instructions for Firefox on Linux

The main README file links to a thread with installation instructions on Linux which are invalid: They make assumptions about paths which don't necessarily exist, and even if they did, are not necessarily searched by Firefox for anything.

Please provide a _robust_ and general-case explanation on how to install these scripts on Linux.
