Scan popup (Ctrl+C+C) does not work in linux (distro fedora 42)

I install goldendict-ng with dnf command in the latest fedora build, with KDE plasma 6.

However the scan popup feature does not work in almost every app, except the goldendict program itself.

I've searched many websites for resolutions. Some told me to change the default hotkey (Ctrl+C+C) to another combinations, but that doesn't work for me. Others say that this feature is not compitable with GTK3/4.

I wonder if there are someone who exeperienced the same issue
