Feature Request - Allow backup to be downloaded from email notice

Description of issue

Backup sends out an email when a backup of the set is completed

Steps to recreate issue

Current behavior

You have to login to the site, navigate to the tools menu >> to backups >> the backup the zip

Expected behavior

From the email > click on a link and the generated backup will commence to download
