js: jquery-flot module is abandoned

The js dependency "query-flot" has been abandoned, it should be replaced with the maintained "flot"

Replacing jquery-flot with flot should require minimal changes however, it looks like flot has become more modularized with some functionality being taken out of the jquery.flot.js script into different subscripts.

Urgh... Patches welcome, ideally for something that's packaged in Debian too (to not make packaging this harder). I assume flot (without jquery) will make it into Debian eventually, if the old version is abandoned.
