Ubuntu 18.04, with Anaconda Python 3.6, CUDA 10.0.130, and PyTorch v1.0.0

You should have successfully compiled DCNv2 on the CPU, but failed to compile it on the GPU. If you build Docker container according to this pull request #176, you can compile DCNv2 on your GPU.
