Penumbra suspected to cause eternal load on game start

Since after the latest windows update penumbra specifically seems to cause final fantasy xiv to be stay black on loading.

Sounds like insanity i know...

Issue:
When starting ffxiv the game will get stuck on the black loading screen before going to the title screen itself. Specifically after the Square Enix logo pops up.

Troubleshooting (after each step things were reloaded as original):
After not loading dalamud it worked
After not loading custom repo it worked
After specifically unloading the penumbra repository it worked
After speaking to other people the windows update caused the issue as me and 3 others decided to rollback and it started working once more.
After confirming its function after the rollback i updated once more and the issue started appearing again.

I am now having the issue and would be happy to provide any data that is needed for this to function once more as it is annoying having to manually disable the penumbra plugin, restart the game and then re-enable the plugin once inside the game itself.

Feel free to ask me to provide any data you would deem relevant.

This isn't the best avenue to get support like this when we need a ton of information. Also, none of those three people have reported anything, nor does windows update have anything to do with this. More likely is either one of your mods (not a penumbra bug), or you're on not dalamud release (because you opted into dalamud beta then decided to omit that here).

Did you check if having an empty root directory lets it launch? If it does that's a mod issue, not penumbra.

Are you on the release branch of Dalamud or on net9 because you opted into dalamud testing then never looked again? Please do /xlbranch and switch to release, see if that's correct. If that's right, please try to check those first next time.
