xmake windows下安装失败

我在windows下安装了xmake-dev-win64，然而当我运行xmake --version查看版本时，他给了我如下错误：

到安装牡蛎 core\base\tty.lua:263 位置，自己加 print 调下

好了，更新到 xmake update -s dev 再试试

我现在安装完xmake运行所有xmake相关的命令都会提示最开始的错误，所以没法xmake update -s dev

我更换为了master的版本并重新安装，我目前的版本是xmake v2.6.4+master.0db2b97ec，但是还是出现了上述问题。
错误似乎是出现在这里：

        if has_emoji == nil and (os.host() == "windows" and false) then
            has_emoji = false
        end

我使用的是win10，所以我直接把判断windows版本的部分改为了False，可以正常运行xmake --version
但是当我xmake update -s dev时，他出现了如下报错：

error: cannot get text.spinner.chars from the current theme(unknown)

目前仅在 dev 分支修复，master 还没更新 ，你到 release 上下载 xmake-dev.exe 全量更新下
