引入第三方库用C++17标准

和这个问题类似但不相同。
我希望引入一系列的C++library，包括abseil，glog，gflags。
xmake file如下：

set_languages("c++17")

add_requires("abseil", "doctest", "gtest ~1.12.1", "gflags ~2.1", "glog ~0.5.0")
add_rules("mode.debug", "mode.release")

target("target")
    set_kind("binary")
    add_files("src/*.cpp")
    add_packages("abseil", "glog", "gflags")

    set_kind("binary")
    add_files("test/*.cc")
    add_packages("gtest")

编译后遇到的问题如下：

 => install gflags#1 v2.2.2 .. failed

我的确看到C++ standard library version设置了，但somehow没有reflect到cmakelist里？
