thrift支持

目前看xmake已经有支持protobuf了，但是并没有支持thrift。后续有考虑对这块做支持不？RPC通信里面，thrift还是用的比较多的；尤其是跨语言的通信

仿照着lex的写了一个，已经可以能够生成C++源码，但是编译cpp到静态库不知道怎么写，困难点如下：

1. lex源码或者pb源码生成的文件名提前可以知道，thrift IDL文件会生成多个cpp源码文件，这些文件名不知道怎么提前获取。

@waruqi 如果可以的话，辛苦帮忙review一下。

生成到指定目录，走遍历

有个问题，batchcmds是延迟执行的，batchcmds:compile上面的os.files语句在执行xmake命令后实际拿不到任何cpp文件，再次执行xmake命令才能拿到cpp文件。
总结来说，有如下问题：
第一次执行xmake时，执行到os.files语句时由于还没有生成cpp文件，因此进不到for循环，batchcmds:compile语句并不会走到。
第二次执行xmake时，执行到os.files语句时已经有生成的cpp文件，可以进到for循环，但是依然不会构建cpp文件。

那就走非 buildcmd系接口，before_build_file(target, sourcefile, opt) 这个是直接编译的，不延迟，但是无法使用 batchcmds 接口，得直接调用 os.vrunv 生成 cpp，然后 os.files 遍历后，自己调用 compiler 去编译

这个就稍微复杂点，但是更灵活，目前完全一样的例子暂时没有。

但是有个类似的批量生成 cpp 编译的，但是它是一次编译一批文件，走的 on_build_files 不是单个 sourcefile，但也可以做个参考。
或者你也可以改成 before_build_files
