how to convert this complex Makefile project to xmake

the project i am trying to convert is https://github.com/sipeed/M1s_BL808_example

which is using a SDK from https://github.com/sipeed/M1s_BL808_SDK

it use a riscv toolchain from https://dl.sipeed.com/shareURL/others/toolchain

my current problem is

for INCLUDE_COMPONENTS += in the Makefile, how do I write the equivalent xmake.lua file ?
