升级到3.0.1后，定义option提示cannot set readonly config

在xmake.lua中这么定义：

option("use_demo")
    set_default(false)

if has_config("use_demo") then 
    target("demo")
    ....
end

然后输入命令：

xmake f --use_demo=y
xmake project -k vsxmake -a "x86,x64" -y

提示：error: cannot set readonly config: use_demo
