Is it possible to build xmake by providing libraries inside core/src as system dependencies?

I am looking for ways to add dependencies inside of core/src in a way such that I do not have to use submodules. How can I provide them as system dependencies?

I have packaged sv, and tbox, but it isn't recognized?
