Perf testing for d14n needs to reduce randomness #1755
Description
Right now it uses a public gateway which uses a stable hashing (random) node selection algorithm.
This means that the variance of some tests will be dominated by the node that answers the queries.
The infra has to be set up in such a way that tests,gateway,node all run in the same AZ.
