Feature request: Add debug feature for diagnosing native / bridge / encode / decode times of SDK calls #656

Is your feature request related to a problem?
While diagnosing long calls in Convos app, we added some ad hoc measurements for diagnosing where time was being spent.
This issue covers adding this to the SDK permanently with debug flags in case this type of issue comes up in the future for other integrators.
