Description
Does this work on HTML pages? I'm looking for a multi-page form with different options...
The structure will be something like this......
The form will have 3 steps...
Step 1.
Enter Personal Information
(Submit) to Step 2
Step 2.
Choose Payment Type (check in person or paypal online)
*** if pay in person, (Submit) to Step 3 to gather more information
*** if PayPal (Submit) form to email (redirect user to PayPal page)
Step 3.
Gather More Information
(Submit) to email (redirect user to Thank You page)
