Dummy dashboard should be using SDL2 for rendering

The dummy dashboard should get a more sophisticated renderer using SDL2 to avoid issues with future versions of nxdk: Using <hal/debug.h> is discouraged because it has many issues, and an unstable API.

A small, better looking, message renderer using SDL2 would be appreciated.
