XRAPH, FARP, Octopus Gateway, Authsome, Forge, and Forge Cloud
are trademarks of XRAPH. These marks may be registered or unregistered in one
or more jurisdictions.

You may use the names “FARP”, “Octopus Gateway”, “Authsome”, “Forge”,
and “Forge Cloud” to truthfully describe compatibility with the software
(for example, “FARP-compatible” or “works with Octopus Gateway”), provided that:

- You do not use XRAPH, FARP, Octopus Gateway, Authsome, Forge, or Forge Cloud
  as part of your own product, project, or company name; and
- You do not state or imply that your project, product, or company is sponsored by,
  affiliated with, or endorsed by XRAPH; and
- You comply with applicable trademark law.

Any use of XRAPH logos, or use of the XRAPH, FARP, Octopus Gateway, Authsome,
Forge, or Forge Cloud marks in a way that suggests sponsorship
or endorsement, requires prior written permission from XRAPH.
