@maurov I worked more on "session name" and "session lock files":

• A session is now unnamed at startup, but reading in a file (from the GUI) will check and name the session after the first imported file. So, any session with real data should have a valid name, which should get shown in Plot windows too.
• There is now a dialog that comes up with "sessions that have not cleanly exited", which could be a crash, or Ctrl-D kind of exit, or a still-running process.

There are many new features, and I feel like we should get this out soon. I am sure some things are missing or incomplete, too. If you have a chance, can you look for egregious problems or missing features?

@newville I did a quick check, and it looks great to me! You did a very nice work on the session management and title handling. I think it is safe to release such improved version. There will probably be some hidden bugs that may be caught by a larger testing audience. Green light from my side.

@maurov Thanks. I'm working through a couple of related bugs (that I introduced to Feffit Panel and feffit.py in August, I think). I am hoping to tag and release 2025.3.0 today, but it might be tomorrow...
