Proposal to Resume Development of xframe #262

Hi xframe team,
We are a research team from molcrafts, currently building an open-source ecosystem for computational chemistry and data modeling, with xtensor as the core backend for our numerical computations.
To enable labeled multi-dimensional arrays with the same efficiency and expressive power as xarray in Python, we believe that xframe is uniquely positioned to fill this role in the C++/xtensor ecosystem.
We would like to restart active maintenance. Our system design relies on expressive and composable data structures for labeled tensors (similar to xarray)—a gap xframe was designed to fill. Instead of starting from scratch, we want to revive and build upon your existing efforts.
We are happy to take charge of development and propose pull requests regularly. However, we would need your support in reviewing and approving PRs in a timely fashion, and providing design or architectural feedback when necessary to ensure alignment with your original vision.
Please let us know if you're open to this idea. If so, we would love to coordinate with you on a development roadmap and future direction.
