Update conda-forge package to 0.26.0 / unblock xtensor-blas update. #2841
Description
The current version of xtensor on conda-forge is still 0.25.0.

It looks like the xtensor-blas library relies on the conda-forge pull to get the latest version into the CI runners.

Which means that the PR to update xtensor-blas to xtensor 0.26.0 is blocked until the conda-forge package is updated or the runners are reconfigured to pull xtensor directly instead of relying on the conda env.

Is there perhaps a timeline for the conda-forge update?
