Streaming API for reading files

If I see this correctly, currently there is only support for the streaming API when writing files, but not when reading. If my perception is correct, are there any plans to implement the streaming API for reading files somewhen in the future?

Thanks for your issue. Yeah, I will port rows iterator function to support stream reader in the future.

Thank you in advance xuri! Streaming would help a ton for runing it in places like Azure Functions where sometimes I get shutdowns for memory limits for big excels (20+MB)
