Should diagnostic tools logging level be changed?

Version 5.7.0 changed diagnostic reports reporting level to WARN instead of INFO. This was done to guarantee report visibility because default logging level set to WARN (by dropwizard).

Issue #276 indicared that additional warns cause ambiguity. But I'm not sure many people enable report in production.

So, what community think, what would be the best way?

Thank you for votes! Change reverted - next version would use INFO again instead of WARN
