Notification filter needs manual refresh for filtering action to take affect #1
Description
The newly added notification filter kinda works,
but required manual refresh the page after a new incoming notification which hits the filter list.
Thus, without refreshing the page, the keyword hit notification still "displays".
Next target release should not require manual refresh for the filter to take affect.
