A question about how to mapped functions to their corresponding interfaces

Hi, I'm a beginner in reverse engineering and I have a question about how you mapped functions to their corresponding interfaces. For example, how did you determine that the function FUN_004192cc corresponds to "topicurl": "setting/setIpQosRules" (i.e., setIpQosRules)? My reverse-engineering tools don’t provide this kind of hint, so I’m wondering what method or process you used to make this connection.
