Problematic escaping special chars in the column name.

Bug description

It seems the parser will drop the special chars like $ or \.

After changing WORD ([[:alpha:][:alnum:]_]*) to WORD ([[:alpha:][:alnum:]_\$\\]*), the issue is addressed.

But I don't think we can modify this in OSS PR.

When trying cockroachdb, there is a field tags.liveness-hb and the dash will be replace with a space because Velox doesn't handle non-alphanumeric chars except underscore. So the hb will be parsed as a type.

When trying spark dataset, there are more non-alphanumeric chars other than underscore in the column name: Classpath Entries.spark://hostb7\.dsrg\.utoronto\.ca:46753/jars/sparkbench-assembly-8\.0-SNAPSHOT-dist\.jar. I guess this is essentially the same as the dollar sign bug mentioned in the issue description.
