Active Tab Content - The extension reads text from ServiceNow journal fields only when you explicitly click the convert button or use the context menu. This data is processed locally in your browser.

Clipboard - When you use the "Copy to Clipboard" feature, the converted text is written to your clipboard. No clipboard data is read or stored.

Local Storage - The extension may use Chrome's local storage API to save user preferences. This data never leaves your browser.
- All Markdown-to-ServiceNow conversion happens entirely within your browser
- No data is sent to external servers
- No analytics or tracking is implemented
- No user accounts or authentication required
