Use Google Chrome's dom-distiller project to extract article content

Boilerpipe and Goose have been working out (surprisingly) well, but occasionally require selection-submission. Google Chrome has a reading mode called Distiller (seems to have roots in Boilerpipe) that is probably worth trying out. However it's quite a bit more complex than the other two easy-to-include Python packages, so low priority for now.
