Experiments not worth the efforts

1. Creating custom interpreter is not worth as Mono Interpreter can work correctly in AOT environment.
2. InvokeFunction as a Delegate is not worth as it will add more efforts on initialization of every JSValue.
3. Generating C# code may generate optimum assembly and we may consider in near future.
