feat: Generating recommended reactions

Description

Currently, all generated reactions are plain simple print statement.

However, reactions should actually do something useful. Talsec provides recommendations how to behave in certain scenarios.

Other "types" of reactions can be also considered, such as:

• just throw alert/exception
• kill kill kill
• etc.

At first, recommended reactions to callbacks will be implemented. Other types (=groups) of reactions will be considered in Future.

Requirements

• Edit template to comply with recommendations
• Add option to choose between recommended and plain "print" reactions
