Missing `meta.json` file required by `extract_tracks.py`

While trying to reproduce the experiment, I noticed that the file extract_tracks.py attempts to load a meta.json file, but I couldn’t find this file in the repository.

Please could you clarify whether this file is generated by the code or if it is available elsewhere for download.
