Notification Channels: update yaxim UI to reflect when channels are used instead of internal configuration

Hello!

Android 9, yaxim 0.9.9.9a .
There is no notification sound when message arrives , and vibration only if always, if system settings- there is no vibration.
System settings allow sound and vibration, other applications work without problem.
What is wrong in my settings?

yaxim isn't yet fully migrated to use notification channels.

Therefore, it stil contains individual ringtone preferences, but they are effectively overridden by Android. Please long-tap on the notification that you want to change, and check the details for it in the Android prefs.
