View table name on tablet page for datashard tablet and topic name on tablet page for PersQueue and PersQueueReadBalancer tablets

In some cases, the tablet ID is known, for example, from YDB logs or error messages, but searching for the table name by tablet ID is quite difficult. It would be nice if the name of the table or topic was displayed on the corresponding tablet page in Embedded UI.
