Improve backups restore

After starting backup's restore it would be helpful if to show the popup, which displays a clickable link to the operation’s ID, allowing users to easily navigate to the operation’s details page.
Additionally, after start backup we might not to close modal, but poll the operation’s status and display a progress bar or status updates directly in the modal.
