add design for events of internal monitoring #2669
Description
when something happens in a database on a cluster, we write the data to the Events table:
here is example of the data:
an event could be linked to a conversation with AI. a conversation can have one of the following statuses:
- CREATED
- WAITING_FOR_MODEL
- ERROR
- COMPLETED
