Do not show unnecessary message when using `LspCodeAction`

Currently, when I use LspCodeAction and then select one action then press Enter, the plugin shows a message:

Info: Resolving incomplete CodeAction

I have to press Enter again to make it disappear.

In my opinion, it's not necessary to show that message, because I just pressed Enter to execute the code action. Since it forces the user to press one more Enter key, I think we should remove the message.
