Add a /submit API endpoint that returns JSON instead of HTML for Bots #109
Description
The current /submit endpoint is returning an HTML response showing a message about the result of the operation witch is great for humans but painful for Bots.
So when submitting projects (or: reviews ) with a Bot it would be great to have a JSON response describing the state of the operation with predefined success & error codes so the Bots can track thiers operations.
