bundle exec rake liquibase[postgres://ambe:0d7d5eab7c28baa@aws.amazonaws.com:5432/dal9]. The last time I worked with Rake arguments, it was a real pain. It wasn't flexible enough, if I remember correctly. Maybe there is another solution instead of arguments. I will get back to this once I finish with Docker and other infra things.
