New Release Version

Hi there,

First off, thanks for all the awesome work on this project! We're using your library in our project, and we noticed that you've recently added support for StringTrimming options in DbfDataReaderOptions (like StringTrimmingOption.None). This is a super useful feature for us because we need to preserve leading and trailing whitespaces in our DBF imports.
Would it be possible to release a new version that includes this change? It would really help us avoid having to rely on a custom build of the library.

@KaiKustermann98 I created PR #250 to support .Net 10.0 which should allow the GitHub workflow (release.yml) to deploy to Nuget.org.
