[Help Required] Grafana Cloud Install?

**What you are struggling with**

I would like to use this plugin with Grafana Cloud. It seems be be installed but I don't see where I can create a boom table.

**What you tried**

I don't see it under the visualization list, the list of data sources or the list of transformations.
