VSCode Terminal title is prefixed with "smart-suggestion"

After I setup smart-suggestion in my terminal with oh-my-zsh, in VSCode terminal, each tab will have smart-suggestion prefix in title:

This make it a bit hard to see the real title name.
Is there a way to prevent this, please ?
